Roles in this job family provide specialised expertise with a focus on one area of corporate management (e.g. HR, Finance, IT) and may involve the design, delivery and/or evaluation of corporate policies, programmes, projects or systems that strategically impact the organisation's operations and general management services.

Officials in the executive leadership are responsible for designing, leading and steering the OECD and its staff members to achieve the Organisation's strategic objectives.

Roles in this family provide managerial guidance and administrative support to the directorates or professional advice for the directorate's strategy, enabling the Organisation to work more efficiently and ensuring compliance with the Organisation's rules and regulations. 

They may include administrative advice, support for development processes and implementation of policies, and project management.

Roles in this job family are focused on policy analysis, advice and knowledge collection. This requires technical expertise orientated towards economics, finance or law in the capacity of research, analysis, statistics and/or advice that supports the OECD in achieving its strategic objectives and the development of new policies.

• The remuneration for temporary staff is taxable. A deduction of approximately of 16% is made for various social contributions (illness, invalidity, pension, etc.).
• Temporary staff are affiliated to the French social security system and receive complementary coverage under the OECD mutual system.
• Annual leave amounts to two and a half working days for each month of full-time service and French public holidays are observed.

• A contribution to living expenses of around €1 000 per full month worked will be granted to interns by the OECD. 
• Interns are entitled to annual leave that amounts to two and a half working days for each month worked. French public holidays are also observed.
