a question, should i completly remove the 0.900 version. or is it fine to just: 1. run the "DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" file 2. delete old version (0.90) and add the new(0.100) "dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll" and the new "nvngx.dll" to my x64_dx12 folder
or 0. run the "RestoreNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" 1. delete old version (0.90)

is there any difference?
You only need to replace the DLL files for manual install. The names are the same, so you can simply overwrite the files.
You don't have to run the Disable file again if you already had previously.
