Name: Never Sick Again
Version: 1.00
Author: Mystyk (star-mystyk)

NOTE: File updated to include YOSE Storymode, OG Storymode and Breakdown.

Description:
===========
It always annoyed me that people would get sick at the drop of a hat. It looks to be a flu-type sick with a fever all the time, not that it actually says, unless you walked into a Bloater, then it's Cough, followed by Fever.

Remember in Storymode while following Lily at the start, "You can't be sick, you understand? No one can be sick." I don't know about you but I took that to mean sickness is rare, and that if someone did get sick then it'd be a really big deal. Confined to a corner of the yard as if highly contagious and ready to turn at any time.
Instead, it's treated as no big deal, go have a lie down, pass it on, whatever.

This edits rtsevents so will conflict with any other mod that also edits that file.
The xml is included so, you can open this and another mod's rtsevents.xml with WinMerge, then copy over my edits to merge them into another file. That's the only way to use more than one mod that edits the same file.

I've been testing this for a good while, now. 37 consecutive levels to be exact, and have not had any of my main 6 get sick at random again. Not even my start character.

Sickness/recovery is controlled by a timer, so your characters need to get sick and recover for this mod to take effect, whether you're controlling them or not.

Exception:
==========
This only changes random sickness, the times when a character gets sick for no apparent reason. It doesn't cover food poisoning.

Update:
==========
I recently had a request for the Original Game to be done. That's now included under Optional Files.
The main file has been updated to include YOSE Storymode.
Storymode (for both) never had the same coding as Breakdown so I've improvised. For both Original and YOSE Storymode is untested.
If there's an issue post it in the Bugs tab, or send a PM.

Installation:
===========
1. Back up your rtsevents.win.bmd file (If there is one already present)
2. Extract the files to a temporary location.
3. You'll end up with 1 folder (plus a Readme file)
4. Inside this folder is a Game folder.
5. Add the contents of the Game folder to *your* Game folder (Steam--SteamApps--common--State of Decay YOSE--Game)
6. Either start a new game or go to the next Breakdown level for changes to take effect.
OR
1a. Merge my edits into your main rtsevents.xml (with WinMerge or a similar program), if you use a mod that edits the file already.
1b. Convert the xml to bmd, it won't work otherwise.
2a. Either start a new game or go to the next Breakdown level for changes to take effect.

Uninstall:
=========
Simply delete rtsevents.win.bmd then restore your backup, if you needed to make one.
Steam--SteamApps--common--State of Decay YOSE--Game--libs--class3.1--rts--rtsevents.win.bmd
