Description:
- Modify Various Movement Speed Game Settings Through An Ini File.
- - Values Are Updated On Loading A Save Or New Game
- -- When Changing Values Mid Game, Setting A Value To -1 Will Not Revert The Setting To Default.
- --- It Will Be Whatever Value It Was Set To Last Until The Game Restarts.
- -- Default Values Are Included
Will conflict with my mod MBI(VATS). It doesn't matter which one loads after the other. It's the same file.
Settings:
- Any Value Set To Less Than 0 Will Skip Modifying That Setting
- This Is How You Disable The Ones You Don't Want To Change

- Game Default Is 77, Your Base Movement Speed(The Thing The Rest Of These Values Use When Multiplying)

- Game Default Is 4, Movement speed is multiplied by this when the actor is running.
fMoveSneakMult
- Game Default Is 0.57, Movement speed is multiplied by this when the actor is sneaking.
fMoveNoWeaponMult
- Game Default Is 1.1, Movement speed is multiplied by this when the actor's weapon is holstered, or the actor has no weapon equipped.
fMoveHeavyArmorPenalty
- Game Default Is 0.15, Movement speed penalty for wearing heavy armor.
fMoveMediumArmorPenalty
- Game Default Is 0.075, Movement speed penalty for wearing medium armor.
fMove2HBigPenalty
- Game Default Is 0.1, Movement speed penalty for wielding two-handed (Melee?) weapon.
fMove2HRPenalty
- Game Default Is 0.1, Movement speed penalty for wielding two-handed ranged weapon.
