Description:
- Select The Values Of VATS Game Settings From An Ini
- - Values Are Updated On Loading A Save Or New Game
- -- When Changing Values Mid Game, Setting A Value To -1 Will Not Revert The Setting To Default.
- --- It Will Be Whatever Value It Was Set To Last Until The Game Restarts.
- Most Values Are Included, But Some Are Untested Or Seem To Have No Noticeable Effect
- - Information On Tested Values Is Included In The Ini Above The Relevant Game Setting
- - Default Values Are Also Stated Above Each Game Setting In The Ini
- Three Different Settings Optional Files
- - FO3 Settings - Carries Over Fallout 3 Settings Where They Differ From New Vegas
- - My Settings - Has Boosted Values For Things Like Melee Range, Damage Reduction, And Accuracy, But Not Too Crazy
- - Super Cheater Settings - Has Crazy Damage, Accuracy, Melee Range, And Damage reduction
Will conflict with my mod MBI(Movement). It doesn't matter which one loads after the other. It's the same file.

Any Value Set To Less Than 0 Will Skip Modifying That Setting
This Is How You Disable The Ones You Don't Want To Change
------------------- General -------------------------------
fVATSCriticalChanceBonus
- Critical Hit Chance = PerkModifiers(ConditionPenalty * CritChanceActorValue * WeaponMultiplier) + VATSBonus
- Default Is 5, FO3 Is 15, Bonus Used In Crit Calculation
fVATSPlayerDamageMult
- Default Is 0.75, FO3 Is 0.1, All damage taken by the player is multiplied by this value when VATS is active.
fVATSDamageToWeaponMult
- This Setting controls how much extra damage is done to a weapon when fired in VATS. It is a multiplier of the base single shot damage for that weapon.
- Game Default Is 1, FO3 Is 5, How Many Times Damage Dealt To Weapon
fVATSHitChanceMult
- Default Is 1, The value at which VATS multiplies the accuracy of a weapon, default accuracy is used as the default.
- Set High If You Want High Hit Chance In VATS(10 Is Probably More Than Enough For Perfect Chance)
fVATSMaxChance
- Default Is 95, The maximum chance to hit a target in VATS.
- Doesn't Update The Number Graphic If It Even Does Anyhting.
------------------- Melee & Unarmed -------------------------------
fVATSMeleeMaxDistance
- Atleast For New Vegas, This Seems To Adjust The Base VATS Range Of Melee And Unarmed In VATS, Not Cap It Like It Says
- Default Is 300, For weapons flagged as Melee, with great range,
- if fVATSMeleeReachMult would set it above fVATSMeleeMaxDistance,
- it uses fVatsMeleeMaxDistance instead.
fVATSMaxEngageDistance
- This Doesn't Seem To Exist In Fallout New Vegas ESM, But Definately Effects fVATSMeleeMaxDistance Like A Cap.
- Only Needs To Be Raised If You Want fVATSMeleeMaxDistance Higher Than 5000.
- Default Is 5000, Actors which are farther away than this will not be considered a valid target for VATS.
- This Seems To Only Affect fVATSMeleeMaxDistance In Fallout New Vegas
fVATSMeleeReachMult
- Atleast For New Vegas, This Seems To Adjust The Range Of Melee And Unarmed Attacks In VATS
- eg When Set High And You Miss, You May Hit An Enemy Way Off Behind The Target
- Default Is 2,Defaults to doubling the reach a melee weapon can actually swing, whereas it may be 1-3 units, it is 2-6 in VATS
fVATSH2HWarpDistanceMult
- Default Is 0.27, How Far You Warp From Target When Nothing Is Equipped(Hand To Hand)
- If Set To High And fVATSMeleeReachMult Is Too Low, You Will Miss
fVATSMeleeWarpDistanceMult
- Default Is 0.32, How Far You Warp From Target When A Melee Or An Unarmed Weapon Is Equipped
- If Set To High And fVATSMeleeReachMult Is Too Low, You Will Miss
fVATSParalyzePalmChance
- Default Is 0.3, This value is the chance of triggering the paralyzing palm effect per hit in VATS.
fVATSAutomaticMeleeDamageMult
- Default Is 2, Damge Mult For Weapons Like The Ripper When Used In VATS
------------------- Mysterious Stranger -------------------------------
fVATSStrangerOdds
- Default Is 0.1, Sets the likelihood that an individual with the perk "Mysterious Stranger"
- will receive aid from the Stranger when fulfilling the condition
- (Attacking in VATS, enemy not dead, but less than 150 hitpoints)
iVATSStrangerMaxHP
- Default Is 150, Sets the value of the maximum health of an NPC that the stranger from the perk "Mysterious Stranger" will act upon.
fVATSStrangerDistance
- Default Is 164, Untested, But Probably How Far Away The Starnger Appears From The Target
---------------------- Miss Fortune ------------------------------
fVATSFortuneOdds
- Default Is 0.1, likelihood Miss Fortune Shows Up
- I Don't Know For Sure, But Miss Fortune Probably Uses iVATSStrangerMaxHP & fVATSStrangerDistance
------------------- Ranged Weapons -------------------------------
fVATSSpreadMult
- Default Is 1.1, FO3 Is 0.5, Gun spread as determined by the Gun Spread Formula is multiplied by this value while in VATS.
- Spread = PerkModifiers(IronSightsBonus * CrouchBonus * (ConditionPenalty + SkillBonus) * (WalkPenalty + RunPenalty) + ArmPenalty)
fVATSShotLongBurstTime
- Default Is 1.75, Determines the number of shots that can be fired by automatic weapons with the Long Burst setting checked in VATS.
- Changing This Makes Weapons Like The Minigun Fire Longer But The Damage Ticks Are Still The Same.
- Also Seems To Do Less Damage When Set High(Like 10), Could Have Just Been Coincidence
- Lower It If You Want To Get Through VATS Faster
fVATSRangeSpreadMax
- Default Is 100, YUP Is 10, FO3 Is 3, Untested, But I'm Guessing It's The Maximum Allowable Spread In VATS
fVATSRangeSpreadUncertainty
- Default Is 0.01, FO3 Is 0.7, Untested
fVATSGrenadeTargetArea
- Default Is 1640, Unknown, No Idea, Didn't Seem To Affect Grenades In VATS At All
iVATSConcentratedFireBonus
- This Doesn't Seem To Exist In Fallout New Vegas, But May Still Do What It Says.
- FO3 Is 5,Sets the percentage value of accuracy gained by the perk "Concentrated Fire."
- Accuracy is determined as usual, + [iVATSConcentratedFireBonus/100]*[Currentshot -1]
- Thus attacking with a 63% chance to hit a limb will become 68, on the second shot, 73 on the third, and so on.
fVATSShotBurstTime
- This Doesn't Seem To Exist In Fallout New Vegas, Might Still Do Something.
- Doesn't Seem To Affect Automatic Weapons Without Short Burst Flagged, Can't Seem To Find Any Weapons With Short Burst Ticked.
- Default Is 0.43, Determines the number of shots that can be fired by automatic weapons in VATS.
