Modify Armor & Weapons By Entering Their EditorID Into The Custom.ini And Adjusting It's Values
Supports Flat Value Increase Or Value Multipliers
- "F"(or "f") Prefix Will Set Values To A Flat Amount(eg. F100(Or f100) Will Set The Value To 100)
Any Valid EditorID In The Custom.ini Will Be Skipped By The Main MBI(WAM) Modifier Scripts
- This Way The Values Won't Compound
Set Key To Update Flat Values In The Custom.ini
- Can Be Set To Same Key As Stats Display

You Can Add More Custom Sets By Copy And Pasting Another One, Changing The Number To The Number To The Next, And Raising The Total

- You Make These Changes In Any Order, But They Must Be Done Before Opening The Game
Can Be Done For All Weapon And Armor Sets, But Should Be Done In Numeric Order(eg. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12)


Description:
- Everything Can Be Modified By Ini & Can Be Uninstalled Anytime
- Only Makes Changes To Playable Weapons & Armor
- Normal Settings File Has All Values Set To 0 And Won't Do Anything Until You Set Values Yourself.
- My Settings Has Boosts To All Armor, Energy Weapons, & Shotguns, And The Display Key Is Set To Period "."
- Weapon Settings Are In Config\MBI(WAM) - Settings\MBI(WAM) - Weapons.ini
- Armor Settings Are In Config\MBI(WAM) - Settings\MBI(WAM) - Armor.ini

Weapons:
- Increase Stats By A Percentage For Weapons By Skill And Equip Types
  • Modify Damage, Crit Damage & Chance, Clip Size, Fire Rate, Min Spread, Projectile Count, Ap Cost, And Ammo Regen
  • A Value Of 0 Or Less Will Skip The Modifier For Weapons Of That Skill/Type And Make No Changes
- All Options Are A Percentage Except For Ammo Regen Which Uses Whatever Value You Give It
  • eg 1.25 Would Be A 25% Increase, And 0.8 Would Be A 20% Decrease
  • For Ammo Regen, Spread, And AP Cost, Lower Numbers Are Better
- Espless Stats Display You Can Use To Make Sure My Mod Is Working
  • Only Displays Stats Modified By This Mod(Which Is Most Of Them)
  • Default Is Message Box, But Can Be Set To Print To Console Instead
  • Is Compatible With Weapon Stats Display If You Don't Set Them To Same Button Or Use Print To Console
  • No Key Assigned By Default
  • - Key ID Numbers Are Here(52 Is Period ".")
  • - Change In MBI(WAM) - Weapons.ini
  • Won't Do Anything If Pip-Boy Is Open
  • Press The Key While Any Message Box Is Open To Close That Message Box
Armor:
- Modify Damage Resistance & Threshold 
  • Modified By Clothing, Light, Medium, & Heavy Armor, And Power Armor
  • - Sorted Further By Head & Body(Also Hand But Is Unused)
  • DT Modifier Is A % Increase/Decrease eg 1.25 will increase DT By 25% And 0.8 Will Decrease DT By 20%
  • DT For Clothing Is A Flat Addition
  • DR Is A Flat Addition eg 5 Will Add 5 DR To The Armor
  • - 85 DR Is Max, 0 DR Is Min(No Reason To Reduce It As Almost Everything Has 0 Base)
The Explosions Which Happen From Grenades And Explosive Projectiles Are Not Affected
- I May Be Able To Add It Later But I Am Worried About Compatibility With Other Mods Using The On Explosion Event Handler
