Blank Settings File Has All Options Set To 0, So It Won't Do Anything Without You Setting It Yourself.

  • Uses Script Runner Scripts To Do Everything
  • Adds Items To Player From Cooper Howard Armor and Revolver and Lucy update v2 On Load
  • - Option For How Many In Ini(Default One Of Each Item Except Ammo You Get 100)
  • - Ini Amounts Revert To 0 After You Get Them, Set Again If You Want More
  • - Save After Loading Or You'll Have To Set The Quantities Above Zero To Receive Them Again
  • Adds Weapons To Cowboy, Shotgun Surgeon, And Stay Back Perk Formlists(Also Shotgun List Which I Think Is For Challenges)
  • Option To Modify Damage, Crit Damage & Chance, Clip Size, Fire Rate, Projectile Count, 
  • Ammo Regen, Max Range, Health, Minimum Spread, Ap Cost, Weight, Ammo Use & Value.
  • Option To Modify Health, Weight, Value, DT & DR For Armor
  • If EditorIDs Change, The New Ones Can Be Added To The Ini File
  • - Can Modify Other Weapons By Changing EditorID
  • - May Have Strange Results If Modifying Melee, Thrown, And Some Explosives
  • - Do Not Modify Anything Other Than Weapons With Weapon Options
  • -- Mainly For Energy Weapons And Guns(Other Types Don't Use All The Stats & Most Explosives Have Low Weapon Damage And No Crit & Rely On Explosion Damage)
  • - Do Not Modify Anything Other Than Armor With Armor Options

- Mostly Compatible With This Mod(It Will Boost The These Boosts So You May Need To Lower The Values On This Mod)
- No Longer An Issue With v2.0 Of This Mod And v3.0 Of WAM, WAM Will Not Edit The Weapons Declared In The Ini
