A cleaned & fixed version of "DUST fast travel".

A cleaned & fixed version of "Dust fast travel" originally made by "flyingfish60", all edits are based on "DUSTed DUST" & "Manan's
Tweak's".
Just like the original file, load this at the bottom of your load order after "DUST Survival Simulator"
Does not require the original file.
List of Fixes & Cleaned Data:
- "Greenhouse" cells renamed back to "Bone Garden"
- Potomac region added back to cells that originally used it
- Removed duplicate BLOCK and SUB-BLOCK data for better compatibility
- Water height restored to DUST height in Higg's Village.
Uploaded a Version 1.1 that sets Fast Travel to only be available to world spaces that you could do so in Vanilla New Vegas:
- Can no longer Fast Travel in any Sierra Madre worldspace(Not that you could visit much of them anyways)
- Can no longer Fast Travel from Higgs Village interior.(Might undo this change in the future.)
- Included YUP object bound fixes in "Bone Garden" cell.
All credits of course go to original mod author.
