About this mod
This is a simple move tool built off of the NVWO editor code. Allows you to move NPC's, and objects around kind of like the functionality in Groovatron. MCM Included.

-The default pickup key is right mouse, on controller you click the right stick in. You can use the scroll wheel, or the triggers to rotate.
Holding Shift + Scrolling, or pressing the bumpers on controller will move the target closer or further away.
