Added script that dynamically adds repair kits to NPCs
Sloth's Armor Repair Kits (SARK) serves the purpose that I do not think any other repair kit mod did. For the longest time, I only ever saw mods that would copy what the Weapon Repair Kits did by focusing on a single item slot. SARK allows you to repair any armor you are wearing.
To acquire a SARK, you should find any vendor who normally sells Weapon Repair Kits. I will include an ESP (at a later time) that will integrate both repair kits into the leveled list for enemies that would likely have repair kits (Legion, NCR, Brotherhood, etc...).
Notes: Version 1.2 and up will have the Dead Money ESP separate from the main ESP. This will allow for non-Dead Money havers to use SARK. Version 1.3 and up will contains automatic integration for Tale of Two Wastelands (TTW). Mod should also have 100% comparability with any mods that edit the weapon repair kit related lists now. Version 1.4 and up will allow you to configure the chance of not getting a repair kit in a drop as well as how the drop calculation works. repairKitChanceNone maxes at 99, min is 0.
WARNING You should make a save before you install SARK. If something happens to your game because of SARK, I would be heartbroken and I don't want you to lose any progress because of me. I have tested SARK in TTW, base New Vegas, and Salt Lake Stories playthroughs. It has worked in every single instance and I have not experienced any bugs!
