=Overview=
This a very straight forward mod. You press the grab key (by default z) to pick up ab object like a dropped item and then hold the left shift key to charge up your throw. The longer you charge your throw, the farther you throw the object. How far you throw stuff is also impacted by your strength. Higher your strength, the farther you throw stuff.

If you want to change how far you can throw stuff, you can use the config file included in the mod. You can also use the config file to change the key used for throwing.

There's nothing fancy in this mod. It just let's you throw stuff.

Simple as.

=FAQ=
Q: Can I kill someone by hitting them in the head with an object?
A: NPCs lose a very small amount of health when they are hit by stuff so maybe? You would have to keep throwing stuff for a really long time.

Q: Do NPCs aggro from getting objects thrown at them?
A: No. I'm not sure that can be scripted.

Q: Can I distract NPCs with the stuff I throw like in stealth games?
A: No, I don't think the AI will notice or care about the stuff you throw.

Q: Does the "weight" of an object impact how far you can throw stuff?
A: Maybe? I'm not sure how the game's physics engine works. For example, I yeeted Chet's lifeless corpse across Goodsprings, but couldn't throw a wooden barrel as far.

Unless your question is, can I throw something, the answer is probably no. Like I said, its a pretty simple mod.
