This mod gives you pretty full access to the weather, lighting, and fog variables in the game.
There are three categories of variables:
Color Variables - these allow you to directly change the colors of various environmental components.
Gradient Masks - these allow you to tweak the dynamic colors of environmental gradients. Note these are relative tweaks - negative values will subtract a fraction of the default value, positive values will add a fraction of the difference between the default value and 1.0 (max). Default gradient values are shown for reference below the sliders There is an option to make the gradient masks monochrome using a single channel.
Float Variables - these allow you to adjust various environmental settings.
Notes:
There's a hotkey to toggle the customizations on and off in game (PgUp by default), and each setting can be enabled or disabled individually in UMM.
Alpha channels don't seem to have an effect for some reason.
To reset customizations, delete them from the mod's Settings.xml file (or just delete the entire file to reset the mod).
Post-processing effects now have their own mod here.
Requires Unity Mod Manager. Install by extracting to your Mods directory, or via the UMM interface.
