If you don't want to start a new game, you just need to rename file with your favourite hairstyle from the mod to match your current one in the game. Here is the list with names and pictures:
Default:
hai_huf_pnj_01_a.pgz

These are the names of hairs from the mod:
hai_huf_player_01_a.pgz

hai_huf_player_02_a.pgz
![](https://cdn.statically.io/img/i.imgur.com/ugCUQTR.jpg)
hai_huf_player_04_a.pgz
![](https://cdn.statically.io/img/i.imgur.com/YXxGkIv.png)
For example, if you picked bald hair at the beginning and want to change it with "hairy" one from the mod, rename mod file hai_huf_player_01_a.pgz to hai_huf_player_07_a.pgz and you don´t even need to see a doctor for hair transplantation)
Somebody requested a tutorial of how do i clip models for parts:
First of all, you gonna need Ego PSSG Editor.
Second, model that you want to change. You can get it from Greedfall/packs folder, in files with .spk extension. To extract that file you need archiver like 7zip or WinRar. Heads located in datapc_initial.spk in folders equipment/hum/hea for males and equipment/huf/hea for females.
After getting a file, you need to open it in Ego PSSG Editor. There will be a bunch of nodes in there. You need to open the one with the ROOTNODE inside. In the ROOTNODE will be located all the things the game is going to render, named SKINNODES. I am sure it is possible to delete them, but i didn't spent enough time in the program to learn how. When i tried to delete something, file became unusable.
Instead, i exported a SKINNODE that i was going to keep, for example hair or earrings (select a node, then press Nodes--> Export node in the top menu ) and than imported it into the SKINNODEs i did'nt want, like head (this is done the same way, just do import instead of export, and be sure you selected the right node). Repeat untill you covered all unneeded parts. Table on the left will help you to understand what is this node for. I think it will slightly load your performance because it renders these oblects a few times more than needed, but i believe it's nothing critical.
Then save file as opened or save compressed and you are good to go.
