It's like porting a model from one game to another. Yes, it's possible. On one hand you don't have to set up a new rig, you do have to adjust your mesh to meet the desired mesh's skeleton's proportions.
Otherwise you get no accurate lipsync/warped hips/etc.
Bro could you please consider putting or creating Bruce Wayne Head without any mask for Red hood's Year One suit so it would be playable on the streets?

The Armored Suit - and the movie - was Snyder's homage to Dark Knight Returns anyway. They took cartoonish source material and adapted it look real, except still keeping part of the comics/cartoony feeling because that story and suit is infamous.
I know a lot of people were hoping for something advanced like the Hulkbuster...
But that would go completely against canon. Even the whole plan Batfleck had was based on the comic. In other words, based on all that trickery and strategy rather than anything that was extraordinarily costly.. except for the one real weapon. People don't understand there are different things you can be intelligent at lol.
