About this mod

What started as a homage to Dead Money (FNV), turned into a much larger bunker split into three sections with eight rooms! It has all the major imitates, crafting, food production, water purification etc. As well as lots of storage for all that precious loot and salvage we can't help but pick up during our adventures! I built this for EVERYONE! <

This Blueprint Includes:

A large Brotherhood Inspired Bunker under The Lone Survivor's House in Sanctuary Hills! It can be accessed via ladder (JaL), that was carefully placed in one of the Three New Manholes, that now adorn this Historic Neiborhood! Using Place Everywhere and a bit of "trickery", I managed to make it look fairly immersive, IMO. (see pics)

- "What's In The Box?" -

A Large Workshop containing 5 Mini Crafting Stations Power Armor, Chemistry, Weapons, Armorer's and a Nuka Cola Mixer provided by The Legendaries, FadingSignal and CrayonKit! But wait, there's more! You'll also receive Two Additional Vanilla PA Stations, At No Additional Charge! Also, if you download this Blueprint in the next five minutes (lol), I'll even throw in one of My Artisan Cooking Stations, just for showing your support! (I built the stove from scratch, see pics)

There's a quant living room with a huge wall mounted monitor adjacent to a Load Out / Storage Room. One Bathroom, complete with working shower. A cozy little Office / Library and of coarse, a Fully Decorated Kitchen (2 Butt), complete with a Custom Dinet Set!

There is also a decent sized Facilities / Maintenance Room. It houses your Water Purification and Custom Hydroponics Lab! (I tried to make it look "thrown together") There is a Vault-tec SM Console, nestled behind the Water Tanks, tucked in the back corner. This is intended for those that want to assign a follower or settler to Food / Adhesive Production i.e. the Tato, Corn and Mutfruit Crops.

There is a modest but comfy bedroom for you to bunk down in. It has Even More Storage and an Interesting View! Oh and make sure you look around for all the Hand Placed Loot that is STANDARD with my builds! As always, I Love You All and Remember, A Rushed Build Is Never Finished!

- "Will My Followers Enter The Bunker?" -

That's a great question, I'm glad you asked! With the exception of Dogmeat, do to NPC limitations, they unfortunately won't climb down the ladder themselves. This is most likely because of the "Climbing Animation". (Dogmeat doesn't use the animation because he's awesome like that!)

The Good News is, you can use the console, if you absolutely need or want them physically with you. I have witnessed them Climbing UP Ladders from Just a Ladder (JaL), so that's a plus! Select an NPC in console and type moveto player, easy peasy!

- "Anything Else I Should Know?" -

If you didn't realize or have never used Transfer Settlements before, this bunker shares the Loading Cell with Sanctuary. Do NOT Start Building or Assigning NPCs Right Away.. I also recommend scrapping the TV Sets in the old houses, as they have been known to drop your FPS or even cause crashing (when powered) in larger builds.. just an fyi, not required. And if your wondering about weather or not Settlement Build Mode works down in the bunker. The answer is YES, from back to front, top to bottom!

There are OVER 700 Individual Items that need to load in, including several activators, for things like doors and generators etc. If you leave the cell for a bit, I recommend walking from The Bridge or Fast Traveling back. This will give The Game Engine time to do it's thing.

My processor and graphics card are mid-level but I'm using 16gb of DDR4 Corsair. It takes about 2 Minutes for everything to Load In, with my DOF and Graphical Settings On High. Plus My LOD and Texture Choices. (Vivid Fallout 2k and Vivid LOD etc.)

- "I'm Not A Fan Of The Brotherhood!" -

This is meant for everyone to use, despite their faction choices. I placed several decorations that are BOS Related beings that the Main Structure itself, is based on Brotherhood Technology.

- Some Role Play Ideas -

What if you just reversed engineered some Brotherhood Tech? Perhaps you, yourself ARE or WERE a Brotherhood Officer and this was commissioned for you. You could even Role Play your some Lucky Wastelander that stumbled onto the joint.. you be you! This Player Home is whatever you want it to be! Change the Decorations, if you want! Your imagination is the most powerful tool at your fingertips! :D

UPDATING TO VERSION 1.1

** BEFORE UPDATING, IT'S ADVISED THAT YOU REMOVE ANY ITEMS YOU MAY HAVE STORED ON THE INTERIOR. YOU MUST FIRST SCRAP VERSION ONE! IT IS ALSO RECOMENDED THAT YOU REMOVE THE POWER ARMOR FRAME FROM THE BUNKER, BEFORE UPDATING! OTHERWISE THE NEW AND OLD FRAMES WILL BE CLIPPED TOGETHER. (JUST PARK IT UP TOP) **

- "What Did You Change?" -

I noticed some lighting that didn't look right.

There was a table that clipped threw a counter by about .5 on Place Everywhere's Movement Setting, equal to 1 or 2 pixels.. give or take. It was obvious do to the light vs dark textures.

Another thing was a couple of bottles of nuka cola were missing from the lootable items I placed. I may have forgot to make them static and they fell through the world. That or the game glitched out, because FALLOUT!

Lastly, there were a few beams and a door I removed. They were from before I decided go with the bunker. I had placed them in Shaune's old room.
