   don't know, if I'm allowed to post a link like this, but as this mod most likely will never be updated, this seems to be the "official" successor:

   I really wish I could use this because I don't like how ESO handles showing quests.
   
   In any case, every version I have tried, even the one Lynce1 claims to be the latest, gives
   
   UI error

   and never allows these errors to be permantely dismissed so the game can actually be played.

   Yeah, it seems the developer is not updating the addon on this site anymore. Though you can download the latest version @ http://www.esocore.com/?a=stats&u=Multi-Quest-Tracker . Dunno if its ok that i linked the site, but it will help people that still want the addon..

      I get the same thing also quests auto load back to checked after a relog or phase change
