- Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears craftable for free
- All Late Game Talismans craftable for free
- All Crystal Tears craftable for free
- Smithing Stones are immediately available and free at Roundtable
- Glovewarts are immediately available and free at Roundtable
- Start with 7.2 million runes (enough to get any character to Level 150)
- Trade DLC Rememberances to Scadutree Fragments
Pre-Unlocked Graces
- All base game Graces are now unlocked (except Starscourge Radahn and Altus Plateau)
- NOTE: RECCOMENDED TO NOT KILL BOSSES FROM THEIR GRACE POINT. DIE TO THEM TO ACTIVATE A STAKE OF MARIKA OR GO TO THEIR CLOSEST GRACE AND PROCEED PAST THEIR FOGWALL
- Melina now gives you a Pureblood Knight's Medal and the 2 halves of the Dectus Medallion. Use the Pureblood Knight's Medal to view the underground graces immediately
- You can instantly start the Radahn Festival by teleporting to the Grand Lift of Dectus Site of Grace, taking the elevator up, and then resting at the near by Grace called Altus Plateau
Twin Maiden Husk:
- All Smithing Stones (including Dragon Stones) immediately available for free at Twin Maiden Husk
- All Glovewarts (including Great Glovewarts) immediately available for free at Twin Maiden Husk
- All Peddler's Bell Bearings' (acquired from killing Bell Bearing Hunters) items immediately available for free at Twin Maiden Husk
- Infinite Rune Arcs purchasable for free at Twin Maiden Husk
Other Vanilla QoL Features:
- All classes start with 7.2 million runes (enough to get any character to Level 150+)
- All classes start with all 4 Talisman Slots
- Rennala drops 99 Larval Tears
- All Restored Great Runes kept after NG+
- Academy Glintstone Key kept after NG+
- Dectus Medallion kept after NG+
- Haligtree Secret Medallion kept after NG+
- Pureblood Knight Medal kept after NG+
DLC QoL Features:
- DLC Rememberance Bosses can be traded for Scadutree Fragments at the Crafting Menu
- Bayle drops 2 Hearts
- Furnace Golems HP reduced by 65% (fuck these guys)

- All affinites unlocked after picking up the first Whetstone in Gatefront Ruins

- Furnace Golems HP reduced by 65% (originally 50%)

- Melina now gives you Pureblood Knight Medal (instant teleport to Mohgwyn Dynasty) along with Torrent. This is to fix the problem of people not being able to warp to the underground parts of the map until they go to the underground themselves
- Stonesword Keys are now sold infinitely at the Twin Maiden Husk
- Reverted many params that weren't being utilized back to their vanilla state (improves compatibility)
- Hotfix to remove the softlock caused by killing Starscourge Radahn before starting the Radahn Festival
- Hotfix to remove the permanent nighttime caused by killing Starscourge Radahn and not being able to rest at his grace
- Removed immediate unlock for Starscourge Radahn Grace
- Removed immediate unlock for Altus Plateau Grace

How to install regulation.bin mods in Elden Ring
- Download modengine2 (linked here)
- Open the zip file and drag and drop the folder inside the zip file (ModEngine-2...) anywhere you want on your PC, OR right-click the zip file and click "extract to ModEngine-2..."
- Open up the newly created Modengine-2... folder. Look for a folder called mods.
- Drag and drop the file called "regulation.bin" into the mod folder
- Double click "launchmod_eldenring.bat"
How to merge CSV files into Elden Ring (Post DLC)
- Download Smithbox by Vawser (linked here) or download DSMapStudio by Philiquaz (linked here). Smithbox is updated to the latest version of Elden Ring as of July 8th, 2024
- Click Create Project. Name the project whatever you want. Set the Project Directory to the mod folder in your ModEngine2 folder.
- Set your Game Executable to eldenring.exe in your Steam folder. On my PC, it is located here:
This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > ELDEN RING > Game
or for a copyable address
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game - On the top of the screen there will be multiple tabs labeled "Editor". Click on "Param Editor"
- On the far left side of the screen, click in the search bar. You will be looking up the name of the param file the mod developer has edited (to merge my Healing Flask mod, that would be SpEffect Param)
- This may differ slightly if you're using DSMapStudio, but the general concept is the same. Click on "Data" towards the top of the window, then click on "Import CSV", then "From file...", then "All fields". This will open up your File Explorer. Select the CSV file you downloaded (this should have the same name as the Param you're trying to merge).
- Once that's done, click "File", and then "Save All Modified Params"
- You can now run the merged mods by going back to your "ModEngine-2..." folder and clicking "launchmod_eldenring.bat"
