   Hi. What was the source of the missed reflection? The alpha layer? I see you put the alpha channel in white. Was it that one the solution? Thank you.

      Hello. By white, did you mean transparent? And yes, the alpha layer was causing the issue.

      In short, no idea. Found the solution in paint.net which can't decompose layers into RGBA like GIMP and others, but apparently can manipulate the alpha layer enough to fix this particular bug.
