Installed this correctly, ran it with mod loader and everything. It loads up, but when I try create a new save, it goes to the loading screen for a few seconds before kicking me back to menu. Old saves won't load at all.
Tried running doom normally and I got a similar error as the Vulf.
How do I uninstall this? After installing, it said achievements will be disabled. So it removed the files because its my first playthrough. Now the game wont load. It says FATAL ERROR: Loading unverified resource. Verify files with Steam or set 'devMode_enable' to allow unverified resources: index file D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\DOOM\base\gameresources_002.pindex Set cvar 'devMode_enable' to enable Dev Mode.
I have verified file integrity and it didnt solve the issue
Mods need to use devmode to work. But if you load a save with devmode, certain functions will be disabled, like MP, Snap, and achievements for that save. It should tell you in a prompt when you launch the game with devmode. There's no way around it, sorry.
Question. When I loaded up the mod originally, I set the difficulty to nightmare. But when I logged back in after a break, the difficulty got reset to hurt me plenty. Do you know if there a fix or this?Show less
Great mod brother. I have a request though. Please remove the front glory kill on the imps (the one where you stomp their head with your foot). It really breaks the flow of the game.
worked fine on the first playthrough but it corrupted my save somehow. Is there any other Launch parameters I need to use other than devmode?
Edit: clicked on continue which dropped me into the main menu Backround world, Restarted level and then It loaded Argent D'nur and started working normally again.
Question, the Slayer foot raming into an imps chest barely comes up anymore, which specific area is it? Because I usually just get the Jedi Argent crush.
