Hello. I extracted the pak file into the ~mod just like the instruction says, but all it did was replacing Crypto's head texture only. Did I do something wrong?
Might've worded that poorly my bad, I meant to say is it possible to do skins for npcs?
Maybe the only real way to play as important characters would be just changing npc's appearances around and using snatch to play as them. Think most of not all share the same skeleton/animations cept maybe a couple.

You can imagine how bad that would look. Only small or medium characters works the best.
