Well done, I don't want critize your work, but if you delete folder it's more simple and you don't need this. It's an another way! In video folder delete ANVIL_logo, Blackscreen, PC_AMD_Ryzen, Ubisoft_logo files delete mix folder and all localization folder (like en, fr, de, ....) It's done!
I'll try that. This mod makes it so you have the mini ubisoft pop up window for the same amount of time all those logos would be playing. Making the launch time = the same.

Deleting the videos as per @onthewebs suggestion, and re-doing the EXE with 'Fix Cutscenes Ultrawide' fixed it for me.
Now if only Ubi would stop Checking for Ad(d-on)s . . ..
to only affect the abilities and NOT the adrenaline bars?
Because I like to play with minimal hud but to also know when I can use my abilities...
