Looking for ideas/solutions to share colorsets with Screenshots, where everyone can contribute. (It s too much work for one person.)
Keep in mind that they can have up to 3 colors (Maybe more) and the result can be more or less visible depending on the outfit. So, maybe both the colorset AND the outfit should be mentioned.
I think they mean like this mod. That would allow for more variety since you can mesh swap different upgrade meshes and therefore load up multiple mesh swaps instead of just using one. I suggested to that Mod Author for you all to collaborate and that way the Modders who are mesh swapping all can share resources and work together to get things done more efficiently
as well as individual changes for each piece that makes up an outfit such as cover, helmet, tunic, bracers, etc? if so, it could be done .. but it is not the original idea of the mod, I can understand that people want to mix pieces of outfits but in order to do it at least I want to finish adding outfits of known npcs
No, actually I mean other replacing sets with outfits. Currently we only replace the one from vindland with just one of the outfits from the mod. I would like to be able to replace both the vindland set and the magister set, as well as the galoglass set if I wanted, and thus have 3 of your outfits in my game, for example.
sure... it's something "simple" to do and rest assured that sooner or later this will come... although we have yet to see how to implement it so don't get your hopes up xD
@SigardMv If they did it the way the other mod does with, for example, the Huntsman armor, you could have 4 outfits loaded and only have replaced one armor set instead of having replaced 3 whole armor sets like you are requesting. The reason you can only replace one outfit at a time currently is because the Vinland set doesn't have other upgrade levels that change the appearance (meshes). If the set has "final appearance reached" when you go to upgrade at a blacksmith then it does not have other meshes to replace.
@QuiLeeR Sure, I'm more so asking so I can have more than one outfit loaded in the game and the Vinland set is fairly late into the story to get on top of acquiring resources to trade for it so picking an armor set with multiple upgrade meshes like the aforementioned mod would accomplish this. I'm fairly certain the Huntsman would be best since the Raven Clan is already being swapped with the other mod, the Huntsman is universally disliked and is fairly easy to acquire in game. I'm not really into mixing and matching so the original goal and coding structure shouldn't change, just use a different armor set you know? I'm not trying to be pushy though, truly happy with what's offered already and appreciative of your efforts!
first of all I do not find that your comment is pushy, you are even giving suggestions to improve the mod and that is valued, now if I am not misunderstanding you want a npc outfit to be replaced by each level of an outfit and use transmog to use those lower levels of an outfit in this case the huntsman, right?
@QuiLeeR Sorry, I just now seen your comment (no notifications showed up)…but yeah, I think we are on the same page. Just to reiterate, I'm basically asking that you do what this mod does, but instead of the Raven Clan set use a different early/easy to acquire armor set (like the Huntsman armor). I'm glad I'm not being pushy though, this mod is really a game changer (pun intended if you want haha)!
P.S. I just read a reply you made to someone else and that's exactly the idea!
07 August 2021, 10:04AM yes, tholwin has modified the mod to apply to all 3 levels of huntsman so it can be mixed in transmog but there are still bugs to fix
i agree for use this mod woth raven clan cuz we have this outfit really early so for take some pic it's will be better than wait power 160 craft etc in vineland i use it with Rosta outfit and i love it so much but for some cutscene it will be amazing
Hello, I am using the MOD no problem. My only curiosity is how do I use an outfit with Eivor? I'm clear on how to replace Eivor. Just do'nt understand how to keep him as a character and change to another NPCs outfit like it shows in the pictures. Any body?
