I highly recommend utilizing WeMod alongside Cheat Engine if you have to remove large quantities of items due to error. In WeMod activate infinite weapons and it will make the count of all your weapons to 9999 and from there you can easily find everything and change its count to 1 or whatever you want. (This is because if it is low numbers it can be difficult to find only the items you're looking for) When using WeMod launch the game through WeMod or else it won't activate.
Took me ages to figure it out on my own and a lot of the people in the chat weren't any help on figuring it out. I agree with some of the others, if you're posting a mod that requires other software it isn't that difficult to post a tutorial pinned in the comments or in the description. Props to GGTeimo for his post and advice. I still needed help as a newer user but it pointed me in the right direction of where to look.

I followed your guide all the way through and this worked like a charm!! Just a heads up: for some reason the cheat table is missing the Hard Leather on the +Get Crafting Materials. The work around I found was to download an edited version a guy named "wravien" made and linked here in the comments, this one https://www.sendspace.com/file/8whyre His edit was made for the UPLAY+ version of the game, so when you download the file, open it in the cheat engine, right click "+inventory: Get Item", select "Change Script" and change the line aobScanModule(scan_GetItem, ACOrigins_Plus.exe to aobScanModule(scan_GetItem, ACOrigins.exe,
so the inventory editor does not work but the get single items and bulk items does work i was able to unlock everything i wanted but i cannot actualy edit the inventory as it does not work so it would be nice to get this updated to 1.60 even though it basicaly served my purpose so thanks for the hard work
Confirmed working on the latest version, just don't add packs which you already own (such as if you own the deluxe edition) as that will cause a lock-up/crash.
Will items unlocked from this cheat engine remain forever? Even after you delete cheat engine or reinstall whole game? Will those items be unlocked forever?
for people needing a tutorial: Download the file and unpack it with 7zip (or other apps) Download "Cheat Engine" be sure to downlaod the correct one and not a Trojaner Right click the mod and select open with... and select cheat engine Now select inside the Engine Assassins Creed Origins (you needto launch it first) and there you go you got it installed and wokring
just add a link to a youtube video explaining how to use the cheat engine, that you have to download separately, which the author also failed to mention XD
