TWHL Tower: Source is the follow-up to the collaborative mods TWHL Tower and TWHL Tower 2. Each level is made by a different creator with the only limit being the size of the map. Other than that, every floor has unique and varied gameplay ranging from puzzles and platforming to intense combat sections.
TWHL Tower: Source expands on the previous mods by using Half-Life 2's Source engine together with the community made Mapbase mod to allow for even more unique gameplay possibilities. The mod features 18 floors by 15 different authors, 5 unlockable bonus maps, and over 20 in-game achievements for those seeking extra challenge.
Hello, everyone!
I’m happy to announce that TWHL Tower: Source is now out and available to the public! You may download it here on ModDB!
Also, check out the trailer made by cambreaKer!
TWHL Tower: Source started in the summer of 2021 and now, three years later, it’s finally done. I’d like to thank everyone who made this journey possible! All of the floor authors for making the amazing and varied maps that you now get to play, the beta testers for helping make this final release as stable and as possible, as well as all the other contributors who helped shape TWHL Tower: Source into what it is now, and, of course, everyone in the TWHL community!
I’d also like to extend an extra special thanks to cambreaKer, Maestra Fénix, and Xinus22 for helping me push this mod towards release. Without their help, TWHL Tower: Source would likely not have released until much, much later, and wouldn’t have been nearly as polished as it is.
This is the full release of TWHL Tower: Source, version 1.0.0.
Thanks to everyone giving tips for achievements.
"Scavenger" still remains undefeated.
Hint: You put something that burns in it and smoke comes out of the other end :)
For some reason the mod is not showing up in my library despite following the instructions.
have you completely restarted steam? it doesn't refresh half life mods until you do

xinus22, your entry broke me.
I know it's a standalone just for this project, but damn I still hope we see her again.
On the Mystery Floor, I got past a gated door that required me to enter the digits of PI as the code, but the next door is still kind of a mystery to me. Blank room, no clue except for the one i used for the last room, does anybody havea tip for this one?
Next 4 digits for π.
where is the disc on barrels gate i cant find it
One the right pillar next to big closed gates. You can see it from second floor, move it with a barrel.
