This mod contains common animation scripts that a lot of other mods use as well
These scripts are updated all the time so sometimes youll have mods with out dated versions in your install
This addon is currently shipping with the latest versions so loading it last will be fine but
I do highly recommend you remove them from most mods & make these scripts their own addon in MO2
Update them yourself from the github to make sure you always have the latest.

Hello! I just downloaded this mod rn and Im currently using the BaS mod as well - could it be the reason why my Vykhlop doesnt have its integrated scope?
what do you mean? i removed the integrated scope.
Just installed the mod (without the patchs for Mags etc) and here are a few things i noticed with the VSSK :
-i have no sound when gun is empty and i shoot (no "click")
-for some reasons when im doing nothing the gun constantly "reload" every X secondes
-pressing R without having more ammos in my inventory do the reload animation but, as i have no ammo, it does nothing, it just plays the animation
I rly like the icon and the model, very good job there !
(Edit : I use BaS, it doesnt say anything about it in description but in your reply a few comments above mine you say it doesnt "support BaS" ? not sure what it means. I have no conflict with BaS)

It does not support the BaS scopes, obviously it can be ran in the same install
When it was doing that, the gun was empty and no scope was attached to it.
I use BaS yeah. I'll do more tests today to try to show you whats happening ^^
Ok so i did manage to make it do it again but its not consistent.
So yeah here is what i did : spawned a VSSK with debug mod, unloaded mag and reopened the debug mode. When in the debug mode and i do nothing else, sometimes it do the reload animation (or ammo check i don't know) (without reloading for real), sometimes the inspect animation.
If im outside of debug mode, nothing weird happen so that's the most important.
Sorry all of this is hard to explain (english isnt my main language aswell).
Atm my only real issue is when gun is full in ammos, pressing R do the reload animation tho their is no need because mag is already full.
So nothing crazy don't worry, gun is working, model and animations are great. Just add a "click" sound for when the gun is empty and you try to shoot and everything should be perfect :)
every gun in the game that has an inspect animation will play an inspect periodically when the player is not doing anything.
this gun has 2 inspects, one of them resembles a magcheck, that is normal behavior
any gun using these scripts but not using magsredux will cause the gun to be able to be reloaded when full, i always recommend magsredux
ill add a click sound later at some point for empty

Minor issue, but if I press the reload key while already reloading, it restarts the reload animation each time it is pressed before finishing. Not a big deal, but no other guns do this and with that present I worry if that means there are deeper conflicts present. Is that normal?
that is something ive been aware of and currently trying to figure out why for a while now but no luck. it doesnt cause any deeper issues tho.

I've been having an issue with both this weapon and the SVU. When I press the reload button while having no ammo on my inventory, the reload animation will still play normally. I'm not using mags redux or ammo check.
I think I've found a workaround, though. But it requires editing the ads_reloads.script from the universal animation scripts. Basically, I just did a check to see if there was ammo before reloading by adding this to the is_valid_weapon function:
if wpn:get_ammo_total() == wpn:get_ammo_in_magazine() then
return false
end
I hope this is helpful. Your guns are awesome but this problem was bugging me for a while.
I just found out monkey patching is a thing lmao. I guess one could just create a script called something like z_ads_reloads_patched.script with the following code:

This was fixed in the last update of the SVU a while ago. Make sure youre fully updated. Youre right tho I dont think I updated it here, it was indeed an issue with the ads_reload.script but it has been patched in the main anim scripts found here:

hi, great work, but im gettin no audio in the vks shot and bolt, only sounds when i reload the weapon, i have another reanimation addons in my gamedata that overwrites some scripts related to " animations "

I don't understand why it was necessary to do something for the ASH-12? After installing the addon, it was like that and remained scary. This is not a rework...

This mod is not compatible with "One in the chamber".
You can infinitely reload, but you still get only full mag (not full+1).

For some reason my vssk plays quietly inspect sound after ammocheck sound. Maybe you have some ideas what to pay attention to?
