Spirit of Half-Life (SoHL) is a modified game engine for Half-Life 1 modders that includes many new things not seen in the original Half-Life engine by Valve. This includes reflections, mirrors better lighting, weather like moving clouds, rain, snow, and fog. Physics capabilities like picking up objects and dropping them, or when some thing explodes objects go flying off in the direction.

The last 10 years may have been 15. I started my first game development adventure with the sections I designed in this game engine. After all, I have an 8-year-old laptop and a 15-year-old old case. Hello to the survival adventure!
The game mode will be survival style. You will have an unconditional process with an experienced mercenary working for the government who is a skilled bounty hunter. The story will cover the time of the combine soldiers known as the 7 Hour War in the Half-life universe. You will participate in the operation in the Black Mesa deserts with a plane full of bounty hunters. But the enemy will be everywhere.
Hunt. Live. Build a base. Collect resources.
There will be new monsters and different puzzles in the game. It will be a real survival game on the roads from hot sands to cool waters.
Who is G-man? Is he a friend? Enemy? Or is it a creature?
You will decide this in the game.

Multi-language support.
The game will be in Turkish, German and English. It will be a nice gaming experience by translating the game texts with real sworn translators. (In later times)

Extract the zip file and move the "Spirit" folder to C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Half-Life
Be sure to restart Steam, it will show up in your library.
The alien grunts attack sounds are broken no mater what version I use.
