Siren has been updated to 0.8. This is an update to the campaign and features 3 large maps.
Unzip and drop Siren.pk3 onto gzdoom.exe, or use the pk3 with your favourite launcher. GZDoom v4.10 or above required.
Stuck on the very first level. I can climb and grab the meds. Shot to lower the platform with the clip. Then the opening on the right is unreachable. In an earlier demo video the passage to the right lowers, but this doesn't happen anymore. I shot the demonic sign already and it turned off upon hit.
Hey so, I seem to be stuck on map 2. I got all the battery cells, and I engaged both overrides, but there seems to be a second gate around the containment field and I can't figure out how to get it to go up? Did I desync or something? I can't find any hints to suggest that I should be dealing with a second gate.

No textures...I extracted GZDoom 4.7.1 to the same folder that Siren created when extracted and copied the DOOM2 WAD in there as well. Found the maps that appear to be the only WAD files to open with GZDOOM. Game loads, I start a game, I'm falling into a deep pit and there's no textures or sprites or anything. What did I do wrong? Been playing many mods and maps with GZDoom with no problem so I clearly missed something... :)
You are not supposed to extract the zip just drag and drop it onto the gzdoom executable.

Ok, there is tons of potential, I'm gonna shill this TC, but:
-Enemies move WAY too fast, especially the imps
- A bunch of enemies deal way too much damage, especially shotgunners
-I understand the low light adds to the atmosphere, but then add some lighting for enemies that prepare to attack (fireballs, muzzle flash).
-Add a 0.5 second frame for enemies preparing to attack: aiming fireball or gun
-Slow down the smoke monster a little but and make the stun last longer
-Objective marker? I think its really easy to get lost in these levels.
looks great plays great and really fun so keep developing it
