Sector-74 V1.66b - Fix that problematic texture and some other stuff V1.66b

I forgot i had a ingame texture of 1024x1024, which causes problems.
That has been fixed now on all levels.

-New stringtable for update

-Fitted new roadmap texture, 512x512 instead of 1024x1024 which can cause problems

-Fitted new roadmap texture, 512x512 instead of 1024x1024 which can cause problems

Chapter 4 
-Fitted new roadmap texture, 512x512 instead of 1024x1024 which can cause problems

Chapter 5 
-Fitted new roadmap texture, 512x512 instead of 1024x1024 which can cause problems
-Removed ammo pile at the end of level so it doesnt transfer to map 6 in skybox

Chapter 6 
-Fitted new roadmap texture, 512x512 instead of 1024x1024 which can cause problems

-tweaked infected drop , elevator
-Fitted new roadmap texture, 512x512 instead of 1024x1024 which can cause problems
