All hitscan weapons have their attack origin lower than crosshair.
To fix that, use "Player.AttackZOffset 12.5" in player class properties.

Crowbar can be silent. At least, why just swing is alerting enemies?
"+Weapon.NoAlert" flag can solve this problem.

Fire sound of "SMG1" is too silent.

For "SMG2" it can be good to have 2nd ammo type (grenades) to be shown on the screen.
As I know, "ZDoom" can do that.

"SPAS-12" is lacking of bulletchip decals for walls.

"HMG1" can have ADS, I guess.

Sniper rifle's sprite isn't centered right (it must be a bit righter).
Also it hard to leave ADS, for some reason.
And its DMG output is outrageously bad. 10 bullets with SLOW reloading and baron of hell still has more than 50% of HP?! Just why?

For "Guard Gun", I think that decal of "Doom 2's" plasmarifle gonna fit this beast more (I am talking about alternative fire).

By the way, not sure about flamethrower, but it can be just nice to have Molotov's cocktail as additional weapon with fire damage type.

I just added in the immolator cuz it was in the beta lmao
