2027 is a modification and a prequel to Deus Ex.
- New stunning DirectX 9 based graphics.
- The story is flexible, nonlinear, and allows much wider exploration than before. The final outcone depends entirely on you and your actions. The solutions to any challenge depend only on your imagination.
- Lots of new weapons and equipment. You will be able to purchase weapons in shops, unlike in the original game. You will be able to improve your weaponry in different ways.
- New skills, perks and augmentations have been added.
- A player will be able to use portable spider bots, which he can control and use for exploring a territory and attack. It is also possible to repair and recharge these bots.
- Weather effects, ranging from a light drizzle to thunderstorms and snowfall.
- Almost all the locations are based on real photos and maps, and the levels in 2027 will be wider than in the original game.
- Many cutscenes and intros give a real atmosphere to the rich storyline.
- New high quality fonts with anti-aliasing.
- A lot of bugs from the original game have been fixed.

Hey anyone know how to run HDTP with this great mod
I've installed the mod but it loads the title screen, plays the music but just sits on the blue 2027 logo and I can't do anything. Can you help me with this?
Seeing how that 2027 was one of Deus Ex's best mods (the other being TNM) I think it would be funny if there was a 2027 Easter Egg in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
if it slow, this is how i fixed it :
go to system folder and delete the 2027 executable file, then replace it with the Kentie's launcher. then play from Desktop shortcut.
if you cannot load saved games :
go to C:\GOG Games\Deus Ex GOTY\2027\Save\ and copy the content of the directories inside to C:\GOG Games\Deus Ex GOTY\2027\Save\current.
then select all files inside and make them Read-Only ! done !!!! crazy isn't ?

Also I have GMDX, HDTP and New Vision installed. But since 2027 has it's own launcher it shouldn't interfere right?
Found the fix, I like to start directly from System folder, but apparently there's another separate launcher outside in root folder
New Question, why is menu pixelated, while text in top left corner is fine?

Does it help switching to DX10/OpenGL?
Yeah it helped, advanced affects is the culprit, any ideas why?
You might need to update your DirectX 9 drivers.

Says I have Equivalent or newer version installed, You think I should fully uninstall and reinstall then? Is there a way to make advance effects work with DirectX 10 or OpenGL?
It only works with DX9. Check the ENBSeries (a mod that advanced effects based on) documentation and display driver configuration here Enbdev.com or you might ask on their forum Enbseries.enbdev.com
