Playing as merc.With dynamic relations on,is killing monolith members increase the relations between mercs and loners or duty?(Warfare is not enabled)

Is there any fixed location for advanced tools?
I have 4 basic,6 expert tools but no advanced.

I find my FN Scar-H by killing all the merc in Dead City.(One of them was carrying it.)

Is exoskeletons helm damage protection bugged?
It says: "actor_body_damage_exo, actor_head_damage_absent" in Actor Armor Sections in damages.ltx

But exoskeletons comes with helmet.

Some Suggestions:
1-Is it possible to make goodwill system optional? From what I understand only certain faction traders sell top class weapons.Or can this system be adusted that every faction trader sell those weapons with max goodwill?Or maybe add a black market trader that sells these weapons for higher price but without goodwill restrictions?

2-Option to cut of the helmets of Exoskeleton,heavy armor etc?So we can use different helmets.

If you have 2000 goodwil with Clear Sky will their trader sell Nato weapons?(GP36,SG 550,Scar etc.)Because loner traders don't sell them.
