Though my Gog version problem might have been related to a windows permission issue.

Copy game folder to somewhere like D:downloads .
After you've run the fonts tool you can then copy the fonts folder back to your original game folder.
You'll then have the new font in-game.

Works ok for Steam and Gog game versions on my Win10.

Sidenote :
I had to restart my pc before the tool would open.

Excellent tool .
Well done to Klius for figuring out how to fix that font :)

This error is for Steam version with x64 and x86 tool.
OS is fully updated Win10 pro with a few telemetry blocks in place.

Gog version also has an error :

Directory /Games/Omikron - The Nomad Soul\FONTS is invalid

Both games were fresh installs.
I just made a copy of the Steam game folder to E:downloads

I haven't played Mafia recently.
Do i need to use MafiaDataXTractor on the 'dta' game files ?
I was thinking about the car textures mod.

I remember that pcgamesn article a couple of years back.
Is this different to "Fable – The Lost Content" mod ?

Also ,what about other big mods like "Dragon Cliff - Restored" .

Can we use all these big mods together ?

Haven't played the game in a while and was gonna do a heavily moddded version but not sure what i can install without breaking the game.
I noticed you mentioned some of the smaller mods would be ok like weapons and armour.

Collection of patches for Union+

- To install the assembly you need a clean version of the game. Before installing patches, make sure there are no pre-installed mods, including “QuestPaket” and “Content Mod”. There may be uninstallers in the root folder of the game, use them to remove mods.

- The numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6... at the beginning of the folder names indicate installation items in the installation order.

- "1. Onli Russian language (Russifier)" only for localization in Russian, for games in Russian. Required for the steam version of the game.

- “2. Community Patch v1.75.14" and "3. Update_Pack_v1.04.11" are required for the Union+ mod assembly to work properly

- "4. UpdatePack v1.05.10 PublicBeta" requires installation of "3. Update_Pack_v1.04.11"

P.S. This manual needs to be translated into other languages.

Steam keys seem to mostly go to paid subscribers ,haven't won a steam key in a long time.
Never used to be like that.

Quite incredible ,the amount of files this modder has released.
There was us thinking he'd never release anything..

How to change to English?

Game says 'int' in ini file but sound files seem to be rus.

Also russian bot names but they can probably be changed in the ini file.
