Command & Conquer Remastered Collection Available Now on Steam and Origin. Welcome Back, Commanders
News 3 commentsIn celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Command & Conquer, Electronic Arts today announced that the Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is now available...
Anyone ever thought of CNC Tiberium wars challenging? im sort of stuck in Last GDI Mission Ground Zero now, but sometimes having a good/bad time in Nod campaign mission Sidney city walls.
The trick to winning the final mission (without using the tiberium bomb and becoming a disgraced Commander in the eyes of General Granger) is by tricking your enemies into destroying each other. And also capturing their lightly defended super weapons around the map. Just be sure you have enough power.
That Scrin mother ship, find a way to lure her to the Nod base. By the time it's done doing it's deed it will be softened up enough for your Firehawks to obliterate it.
After that handling the Scrin should be a easy. Be sure to fortify your base with Mammoth tanks and rigs. And also be sure to have quick reaction forces in stage, like pitbulls and firehawks to intercept those pesky scrin bombardment ships.
You don't want to get bogged down on the defense, you want to be able to hit their teams with swift counterattacks as soon as they send the big guns your way.
Thanks for the tip! will try them out, Devastator warships DONT make my day good.. peace.
Your welcome. :-)
Little extra note.
Usually for one defense position I'd have one rig and two mammoth tanks in front of it so the rig could repair them. And since the rig is a structure I just hit the repair icon when it's unpacked. They have the anti air capability, but those scrin Devastator warships go outside their range. So having a reaction force on standby to intercept those ships, like the pitbulls and firehawks does the trick. Although pitbulls are much cheaper and easier to field.
Yes, i used them as frontal combat base in the last missions, like The Battle of Sarajevo and Berne. also i have another question to ask, what's the difference of Green and blue Tib's? i somehow get more income in Blue ones though.
Sarajevo was fun. Kicking down Nods front door. :-)
Blue Tiberium grants double the funds you'd usually get from green tiberum. So if you see a blue tib field and a green tib field. The blue one would be the more prudent choice if you can secure it.
Here's the Grey Goo page that some of you have requested :)
