When you click on minimize and want to change it afterward, go all the way on the right side, all the way down on your screen to the (System Tray - looking like this " Media.moddb.com ") you can right-click on the icon with her face on it and then you will get the same menu. Click the (minimize button) once more to make her move again.
Can anyone give me the source from the application, it contains too good a cut out footage of a chan, I just can’t find one of such quality

Doing that you need a GIF of it, there isn't any good today.
This is one of the best ones today ( Media.moddb.com ) not good, right?
But if you use that one, just open a new one on OBS and use "Image" and put this gif on it and it will be displayed on the screen when you stream or record.

bro, can you give me a GIF or video with the chick already cut out, it’s just that the background in your application is cut out very well. I don’t know exactly what you used in the application, maybe it was a set of frames or a GIF, can you share?
I don't have the original image quality of her as you can see in this software where she dances. The best gif from this is this one ( Media.moddb.com ) it's not as good as the one you get from this software, but it's one of the best gifs out there of this.
If you want the same quality as the software one has then you need to remake it in software like Photoshop or use the software with a green screen and edit out the backgrounds. Also, keep in mind, that I'm not the creator of this.

I don't know what I did. But I can't move it, or click on it and I can't remove it from my screen.

Ти живий де на телефон взяти чи якою програмою на телефоні активувати?
Спочатку розпакуйте його, але використовуйте Winrar або 7-Zp, поки не отримаєте файл .exe та не перенесете цю частину на свій мобільний телефон, відкрийте файли папки, перейдіть до папки, де ви його зберегли, і запустіть його звідти.

why virus total is say W32.AIDetectMalware
Most things made by modders will software think is a trojan or a virus even when there isn't one. But this file is 100% safe or the file would have been removed.
I really want to make a similar program, but I do not know what engine(?) it is written on. Does anyone know?
This is the software they used for this in 2007
01: For creating the gif animation - Macromedia Flash 8
02: For creating the ".exe" startup - Mprojector 4
Old software, but they're still out there if you want to download them.
I tried them and they still work pretty well on Windows 10.

mine froze after i accidentally deleted the file idk how to get rid of her
Try turning it off using the task manager.
If it doesn't work, restart the PC/Computer.
Is it possible to play multiple ones?
I know of one way to do it. Just take a copy of the ".exe" file and make another one, start that one, and you will have two of them looking like this: Media.moddb.com

does it run on ubuntu? as far as i know reading these comments tells me they are on windows
I never used Ubuntu, I only have Windows 10 and worked here.
Also, a friend of mine tried it on the Mac Pro, and didn't work.

I just wanted to know, yes I'm extremely paranoid, for good luck I tested the ".exe" on VirusTotal, it returns "3/74 security vendors and no sandboxes flagged this file as malicious", obviously it's a false positive?
These types of things are made by private individuals, and not by well-known companies. As part antivirus programs do not recognize this type of file which will turn out as negative in the antivirus program which becomes a false positive.
ModDB & IndieDB are very aware if a file has anything dangerous in it, it will be immediately removed from the website. This file has been here since 2010 and even I have used it and can say it is safe.
