I clicked minimize on her bc i wanted to know what it does and then she just stopped moving, i tried to right click on her but it doesnt affect her and i cant even move her so now shes just stuck on my screen what do i do 😭

Только программы, где вы можете добавлять вещи. Эта штука называется (Desktop Magic Engine), которую вы можете купить в Steam. Там вы можете получить такие вещи, как (Desktop MMD), которая выглядит вот так ( Media.moddb.com ), которую вы можете скачать, и многое другое.

Guys, what do i do? I clicked on minimize and she froze, i cannot click on her anymore or do anything (I also deleted the file already out of panic.)
When you click on minimize and want to change it afterward, go all the way on the right side, all the way down on your screen to the (System Tray - looking like this " Media.moddb.com ") you can right-click on the icon with her face on it and then you will get the same menu. Click the (minimize button) once more to make her move again.

maybe see if u could find any tutorials to make them! im sure many would be interested in those character's as desktop dancers as well and then u could get some knowledge of coding or how ever these are made
There are a few tutorials on how the software works already on YouTube about this, and I tried them myself. But it looks like I'm still mission some software for the Flash-Player part that I can't find, but that is to be expected when the software used is more than 17 years ago.
how do you use it?
Download, and extract it with (Winrar) or (7-Zip)
Click on the "kona_dancer.exe" file to start it and enjoy.
Are there any other programs like this around that don't feature 90's woman dancing in a sexual way, I just want cute anime girls doing cute anime things, not 3D garbage :d

Is there by any chance a SWF file of it or any leftover files, that can be used to replace Konata with another gif.
any idea why wont it download in said winrar, but instead it downloads a file wiht opera logo and if you click on it, all it does is install the same (not working) file?
Does the file say "Konata_Desktop_Dancer.rar" or just nothing with an Opera icon?
You can also try to download it by clicking on the mirror that will give you another link option to download it looking like this ( Media.moddb.com ) Also keep in mind that if you download the right file, but it only open up with the wrong software you just need to Right-click the file to open up the context menu and click on "open with" and choose Winrar or 7-zip to extract the file.
After doing that you will get a folder where you will get the .exe file that will start the software and enjoy Konata dance on your Desktop. To end the software just right-click on her and click on "exit"

Microsoft marked this file as unsafe? am I good??
Most things made by modders will software think is a trojan or a virus that ends up with your PC marking this file as unsafe even when there isn't one. But (YES) this one is safe.

I don't have the full transparent Konata GIF, just a normal GIF.
But I found these that are "transparent" if that helps.

To get this full Konata Dance, someone has to make it again from scrap and that can take a lot of time, but it's not hard to do it if you have software like Photoshop.

Is it possible to save settings? So that when you restart the computer it will only be on the desktop and not on top of everything?
Right-click on her to get "Menu/Settings" and thereafter click on "Always below" You need to do that every time you start the software, if you don't want her to be on top of everything. For me, there isn't an option for saving settings, so next time it will do that. I think it wasn't included in the software when it was made back in 2007.
