I am an aspiring solo game developer. I released my first game at the beginning of the year, and of course the game was unsuccessful. I made a lot of obvious mistakes and after having thoroughly analyzed them I decided to start developing my second game.

I love puzzle games myself, and one of my favorite games in this genre is Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle. Inspired by this game, I decided to create something similar, changing the movement of the main character to gravity.

MECHANICS

The game world is a checkered field of different sizes. The world is affected by gravity, which acts at the push of a button. And also the world rotates 90 degrees left and right. This is how the player chooses where to land to defeat the level. There are various characters in the game, i.e. the main character, enemies, passive character and character who is not affected by gravity. There are also different cells that add extra complexity and make the game interesting. For instance:

-Cell-teleport- teleports characters from one cell to another,

-Cage-key- it makes the character independent of gravity

-Door- finish level.

The main character is a harmless blue square, who has to defeat enemies and get out of the level.

GRAPHICS

I chose nice, minimalistic, geometric graphics i.e. all drawings consist of squares, circles and triangles.

What do I plan to add?

-Customization of the character

-Quests for players (complete a level in N moves, etc.)

-More characters.

-More cells.

-More levels

-Small plot.
