Participants will have the opportunity to work in learning teams, group workshops, community building exercises, and self-guided tasks that will expand their 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, elevate 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬, and focus on 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬.
