Quality Engineer Aerospace

Summary

Implements quality management system designed to ensure continuous production of products conforming to established standards,

  • . 5 years’ experience in a quality role within the aerospace industry.
    • Preferably within a special process (coatings, welding, shot peen, stripping, heat treating, laser).
    • Job description
      • Experience with leading quality projects and audit preparation.
      • Interact with customers on a weekly basis.
      • Conduct internal process audits.
      • Maintain calibration tracking of gauges and instruments.
      • Will be working with GE Aviation and Pratt and Whitney thermal spray coatings.
      • Lab experience and/or inspection background is a plus.
