Each bot has 3 defining stats: Speed, Power, and Artificial Intelligence (or AI for short). The deck, as well, is divided into speed, power, and AI cards. You can use your cards to attack other bots, but only after "activating" your card due to the successful roll of a die. The higher your bot's speed, for example, the higher the chances you have of successfully activating a speed card, such as Ambush. For those of you that always roll 1's, THIS IS YOUR GAME.
