I like that. Its pretty cool. I wish the "cards in hand" hand more flavor to them though. Its a legendary card the fortunes should have some unique look to them imo. But I can live without being spoiled :P
Just so I'm clear... you get two cards in your hard which preview the top card of your deck. They then become that card when you draw it?
So... if the top card of your deck isn't useful, you get two useless cards when you draw? If I'm right about that, then in itself, this card needs support around it in order to be good. As a top deck, it's rubbish.
if you draw while holding the fortunes, the fortunes then switch to the newest top card on the deck in real time (check the video)
Ah, I missed that. Thanks for pointing it out. That is ... interesting.
I can think of a lot of archetypes that would use that. Here's hoping we don't see an uptick in Astral Automaton decks...
There definitely some cheating you can do with the bundle of Priest cards just revealed, but the only true shenanigans where I can see this being meme-tier is if you have the fortunes and a turn 10 or later consists of Lorekeeper Polkelt and Twilight Medium after a discount or something.
This is very similar to Creation Protocol in that it effectively gives you two additional copies of your best cards for 4 mana. The upside of this is that you also get a body and can pick two different cards to copy (including spells), but with the downside that you need to wait to topdeck those cards and also some anti-synergy with Creation Protocol.
well at least its not agrro support i guess
Yo. that's pretty good. Draws 2, gives you information, multiplies value. And you can kinda "force" to get up to 2 copies of the exact card you want.
Yeah pretty decent, although 4 mana "Do nothing" is kinda slow
