Why isn't this also a Elemental now?
thicc
Isn't it Morogrim Tidewalker judging by the art?
the best giant
Whenever there's a "Sea" In a card
Blizzard has a C- in humor
This card needs to be nerfed like it's cousin
What am I missing here? I think the Frostwolf Warlord is a much better card and is free card we all get. Compare the two side by side for each number of minions on board.
. Frostwolf Warlord Sea Giant
0 5 at 4/4 -2 10 at 8/8 -4
1 5 at 5/5 0 9 at 8/8 -2
2 5 at 6/6 +2 8 at 8/8 0
3 5 at 7/7 +4 7 at 8/8 +2
4 5 at 8/8 +6 6 at 8/8 +4
5 5 at 9/9 +8 5 at 8/8 +6
6 5 at 10/10 +10 4 at 8/8 +8
Shown as: [cost] at [atk]/[hp] [value]
The maths shows that at every step of the way, the warlord is a more valuable summon.
Frostwolf Warlord can be combined Brann Bronzebeard to get double points. I've seen it hit 17/17 once. Downside though is Frostwolf Warlord can then be hit with silence and go back down to 4/4.
Why would anyone favor this over the warlord?
[Edit] Nevermind. Somoene pointed out to me that sea giant counts all minions on board while frostwolf only counts your minions.
Now watch him Nae-nae
where is the "i like golden animation" guy??
i like golden animation
It's driving his nuts. Wait, I don't think I did that right.
This is card used in decks warlock.
Just crafted my first one of these
A must have in Arena
ez wins with this one
Vanilla test:
8 + 8 = 16/2 = 8 < 10
By itself, this card is UP by the vanilla test.
However if you have 2 minions on the field, it becomes Balanced:
8 + 8 = 16/2 = 8 = 8
It becomes OP when you have 3 or more minions on the field, and maxes at 7 minions on the field.
8 + 8 = 16/2 = 8 < 3
It's actually a max of 13 minions on the board in order to play it, and it could be 0 mana.
Sea Giant with Implosion in the zoolock is recently popular, but still inefficient. Simply think of the separation of cards that increase the number of minions. If you cannot play Sea Giant in the specific turn, it's highly unlikely to be able to after you play Implosion, which costs 4 and summons at most 4 imps. The same goes with Muster for Battle.
lately i have seen some zoo decks running a Sea Giant.taking out one Doomguard for one Sea Giant is a good idea?
From what I can tell, the Sea Giant is useless lol. The Molten Giantand Mountain Giant are great when paired with a Defender of Argus or a Sunfury Protector. The Mountain Giant is more useful with the warlock though, obviously.
