How long is the lease?
The lease agreement is typically 12 months. However, there are
early purchase options that allow you to own the gear sooner.
How do I make payments on my Progressive lease?
Payments will be automatically deducted from your checking account
or charged to your credit card. Your payment frequency will depend
upon the payday frequency provided on your application.
What will my monthly payment be?
Your payment amount will be determined by the price of the gear
you add to the lease. There is a Payment Estimator on the
application link where you can estimate what your payments will
be. Your exact payment amount will be found in the Lease
Agreement, which will be available for your review prior to

Customer service representatives are available Monday through
Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST), on Saturdays between 8 a.m.
and 4 p.m. (MST), and are not available on Sundays. You may also
access your account online via the customer portal anytime at
myaccount.progleasing.com.
Do I have the option of buying the gear before my max lease term
ends?
Yes. You can purchase the gear at any time, however, the lease is
set up to be 12 months in duration. If you pay it off in the first
90 days, you can take advantage of the 90-day purchase option
(3-month purchase option in CA) provided in your Lease Agreement.
Within 90 days, you will only pay the actual cash price for the
gear, plus the $79 initial payment (same as cash in CA). After 90
days, early buyout options are available, but vary by state.
Can I return an item that was part of a Progressive lease?
Yes. You can cancel your lease at any time. If you are within the
Guitar Center return period, you can return your gear to any
Guitar Center store or ship it back. If your return is outside of
the standard return period, you can return your merchandise to
Progressive Leasing to cancel the lease. You will need to contact

What happens if the gear on my Progressive lease is damaged or
defective?
You will need to contact Progressive Leasing customer service at
877-898-1970.
Progressive will evaluate the product to determine the proper
course of action.
Are some items excluded from a Progressive lease?
Yes. You are currently unable to lease Pro Coverage, Rentals,
Repairs, Lessons, gift cards, digital downloads or other
intangible items. These items can be purchased in a separate
transaction with another payment type.
