@ZenMaster It's not a bad idea long as you're recording. Overall though it's a PIA as you get thrown in and out of cinematic when trying to fight (especially on controller) and fuggeddabout trying to build maps. If you have other scripts that use certain letters like 'addonpeds' that use 'L' for example that activate even when using a trainer, when you take steps to disable the other mod yours throws you into 'cinny' and cancels whatever you were actually doing. Not a bad mod, but it doesn't 'play well' with others and there's no 'ini' to set different key (controller) binds.
@AG597 Okay, pu-leeeze fix the controller option or get rid of it. Great on foot, but a pain if you're trying to select a weapon in the middle of a fight or shootout because the script overrides all other actions (hence having to use 'stop animation'.) The main reason is 'why' is my avatar 'searching dead bodies while driving a car?' You run over a ped and accidentally hit the controller option and the script overrides all actions. You can't control the vehicle until it cycles through. Bad enough if you're heading for a crash or water and can't do squat but 'ride it in' only to get a freakin' 'dagger' for the 50th time.... (breathe) btw, I'm laughing as I write this because the situation was so ridiculous.
@slimy sexy bird did you try using ENT? I have it set at '1' and peds accuracy is toned down significantly. Only drawback is bodyguards can't hit the broadside of a continent with a 'nuke and a seeing eye dog!'
@zamalone Yeah, got that back in Aug 22. Value's cranked over 40k and Menyoo still crashes with large builds with MB props. I've tried everything I can think of included increasing the Heap value, Object Pool Size and adding more Virtual RAM. I also updated Map Builder (free versions) with no luck. This only happened after the damn 'Contract' dlc which caused other problems with Menyoo and mods in general.
@zamalone Dude, how are you getting these builds to work? Is there some fix on Map Builder's end? I try to load props with more than 600+ props with Menyoo/Map Builder and Menyoo craps out. I've opened older maps that have few or no MB props that are 700+ and no prob! Any info you can provide will be appreciated.
@slimy sexy bird 'Sort of'. Enhanced Native Trainer has a toggle where you can adjust the accuracy of enemy peds. Even the 'NOOSE' weenies aren't 'deadly at 5 miles' when you use it. It can be found in the 'world/people' part of ENT's menu. Not sure if it will override Simple Zombies, but 'probably' will.
@AG597 I believe it occurs when you use 'stop animation' to cancel the search. Police had arrived and were shooting at my character. When I tried to scroll through the weapons wheel, the 'search animation' started. I used 'stop animation' to get out of it and later tried to fire an rpg. It exploded soon as I fired and my character was 'on fire' even in Simple Trainer's 'Special Godmode'. Didn't kill my character, but it was weird. RPG, Fireworks and Missle Launcher had the same result. Haven't tried to cancel the animation since and haven't had that bug.
@AG597 I agree with 'bollocks'! How many 'stiffs' will have 'daggers', 'switchblades', 'crowbars' and 'pistols' which seem to be the most common items? Drugs, jewelry, 'pocket lint' and other small weapons (melee) or smaller handguns would make better 'gets' when searching. If possible, 'ped specific' items would be great. The 'Realism Overhaul' mod had something like this where money and items found on peds in different areas would have 'relative' items (i.e. rockford hills would have more money or drugs and marabunta money, drugs and guns.) One serious bug I ran across is don't try and fire the RPG or Firework Launcher with this mod if you know what's good for you....
@fossoro, Not a fan of Discord. Just wanted to see if the body was worth getting first. Didn't feel like going through a roundabout process to do that. Simply putting it in with the 'flowers' and a simple download would have been sufficient. No 'crystal balls' necessary....
