@Aaron Marak Pretty sure I haven't changed anything in reguards of spawn logic for scenario peds. During my tests I have never seen anything out of ordinary (that doesn't already happen in the vanilla). Could you please do another accurate check with base RDE and make sure this thing doesn't already happen in the game?

@wcz1595039355 Military and Merryweather Juggs can already spawn with miniguns in their loadouts. It isn't a 100% chance though.

@User02496 Search for the name of the ped (e.g. s_m_y_cop_01, there should be a file called s_m_y_cop_01.ymt).

@thehappytrashcan Open /Scripts/SixStarResponse/VehicleGroups.xml, look for all entries by the name of LSPDRiot and FIBRiot and remove them
