This Leopold guy... I'll have a diagnosis for his personality eventually, but it's going to be a long one.

Oh! Good! I wondered what exactly was wrong with him! Do you diagnosis fictional characters as well?
I'm no doctor or psychologist, is there a condition for greedy monarch to the tenth degree? No I'm not too much for fiction, well maybe science fiction or fantasy, is Leopold like Saruman?
