Cyan announced officially that RIven remake is in development ! More information about it you can find on their site here. I was really surprised because I thought I remember there was something about this game that was making it hard to remake and that's why just original Myst was/is getting upgrades over the years.

Anyway I am super happy about it and really exited to see how this will be done. Riven is such special game I can only imagine it will be really hard to develop while keeping the world, the atmosphere of the original alive.

Yeah. We need this on GoG of course!

Seen the video of it a ways back and looks great. I'm hoping someone gets the FMV into this one too.
