GOG and MODDB currently have v1.6.3 of Revision. To patch to v.1.7.3.1, download the files from the following link:

Then unzip and copy the files to the Revision folder in you Deus Ex: GOTY install folder, and overwrite when asked.

Remember, if you are playing with an offline installer version, then run the game directly from the Revision.exe.
e.g.: C:/GOG Games/Deus Ex GOTY/Revision/System/Revision.exe
