Cyberpunk 2077 Blade Runner Ads Mod Will Make You Like Ads

The final version of the Cyberpunk 2077 Blade Runner Ads mod, which completely replaces the ads in Night City with thse known from the Blade Runner movies, was released on the popular modding platform NexusMods.com.

Despite many glitches, the world of Cyberpunk 2077 can look phenomenal, and its futuristic architecture can take your breath away. Even if players of CD Projekt RED's game are skeptical about the visual aspects of Night City, there are modders who can fix many of the game's landscapes. For example the Cyberpunk 2077 Blade Runner Ads mod, which redesigns most forms of advertising in the game, making them similar to those from Blade Runner. The mod can be downloaded from NexusMods, and in the video below you can see its effects.

Although the fan-made script looks impressive when we roam the streets of Night City at night, the advertisements and neon lights don't really fit in with the world as depicted.. Among the banners we can find those belonging to popular brands of soda or cigarettes, or even the Blade Runner movies themselves. Undoubtedly, it may be a letdown for the fans of the classic version of the city, but one can say that this is what a cyberpunk future taken over by corporations should look like. It is worth mentioning that the mod is intended for adult audience only.
