Weapons in Manor Lords are crafted in extensions of burgage plot - Manor Lords: How to make weapons? - FAQ - Manor Lords Guide

Weapons in Manor Lords are crafted in extensions of burgage plot. You can only build the extensions required to craft weapons once you upgrade your burgage plot to level two. Building an advanced extension will permanently assign one of the residents to serve in it. The process of building extension is described in more detail on a separate page of the guide.

In addition to the extensions, you'll also need materials. Every weapon in Manor Lords requires at least one of two materials - iron slabs and planks. You can make them yourself or buy them at a trading post.

  1. You can obtain iron slabs by building a mining pit next to an iron deposit and a smithy to melt the extracted ore into slabs.
  2. You will get planks by building a logging camp, whose workers will start cutting trees nearby, as well as a sawmill, where the collected timber will be turned into planks.

After obtaining these resources, you should build a marketplace and assign a family to the storage building. The assigned family will set up their stall at the marketplace and start distributing resources to the villagers. The artisan working in the extension will also receive the required materials and will start crafting weapons - if the extension creates more than one type of weapon, you will have to choose which weapon to focus on in the workshop menu, which you can access by clicking on the correct burgage plot.
