The chapter concluding the story of Senua's Saga Hellblade II will see the heroine enter Borgarvirki - the hideout of the ruthless slavers. How to get through the Jarnvidor forest?

1. At the beginning of the final chapter of the game, we see the four heroes along the way to Borgarvirki. The trip will take them through the infamous Jarnvidor forest. At this stage, simply follow the path laid out for you and listen to the conversations between your companions. Some paths in the fog-dense forest may branch, but most of the time one of the possible directions ends in a dead end. When that happens, simply choose the other path.

1. When Senua realizes that her friends have disappeared, start backing away. When you reach a fork in the flooded clearing, take the path on the right.

1. After a short hike, you'll meet Astridr on the other side of a wide chasm. Senua will calm down her upset friend. Follow Astridr along the river until a rock mass separates you.

1. The next companion you'll find will be Fargrimr. Despite his calm and subdued nature, the man is in a distressed state. The protagonist's words will help him recover. Follow the man along the river. Continue along the path until the moment you reach a junction which paths lead to different companions.

Does the choice of friend matter?

1. At this fork, you'll need to decide which companion you want to reach first. Choose one of the paths.

1. Although the eerie voice in Senua's head will tell of the serious consequences of this choice, but from our observations we can tell that it doesn't affect much. Choosing one of the companions will temporarily separate you from the other one, but apart from a few dialogues, this doesn't affect the gameplay or any plotlines.

1. After choosing one of the friends and going along the path with him, you'll reach the second character. The trio of heroes will together leave the haunted forest.

1. At the exit from the forest you will also encounter lone Thorgestr. Changed by the experience, the warrior will join the party again, with the whole group continuing their journey.

Borgarvirki

1. At the gates of the slavers' hideout, a plot sequence will play where the team splits. Senua, accompained by Thorgestr, will embark to negotiate with cruel Godi.

1. Attempts to reason with the leader will be futile, and Senua will be escorted to become an offering for the incoming Giant.

1. When the heroine frees herself, you'll have to next face armed warriors from Borgarvirki. Defeat all attackers, then continue along the path back to the village.

1. The next fight will be interrupted by a cut-scene and a flashback sequence. In the course of a dramatic battle between father and son, you'll finally learn about Godi's nefarious scheme, and his real name - Aleifr - will be revealed.

How to defeat Godi (Aleifr)?

1. Your last task will be to defeat the tyrant. Aleifr has several red attacks at his disposal that you need to dodge. He is also quite good with parrying, but fervent series of attacks from Senua should finally make an impact on the leader of Borgarvirki.

1. When the boss impales his sword in the ground and red energy starts to emanate, wait for your mirror to charge. Use its power to attack Aleifr and deal him a devastating blow.

1. The weakening opponent will finally succumb to heroine's attacks. After the fight, the only thing left is to experience the plot sequence concluding the story of Hellblade 2.
